COMMUNITY PARK
General Park Hours 6:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.

The Park is PRIVATE for use by Festival Foothills Community residents and their guests only.
In the case of an emergency dial 911.

• Roller blades, bicycles, skateboards allowed only on cement pathways
• Pets must be on a leash at all times & all refuse must be properly disposed of
• Children under 18 require adult supervision
• Amplified sound must be kept low enough not to disturb area users and adjacent residents
• Anyone intentionally damaging Park Property will be prosecuted
• Fire permitted in Park barbecue unit only
• Use of special equipment (tents, moon bouncers, etc.) must have prior approval from Management

To reserve the stadium lights please call 602-288-2658 for details at least 48 hours in advance of reservation.

• Residents and guests should understand that operations & programs are unsupervised and that responsibility for participation in related activities is assumed at their own risk
• All sports equipment is the responsibility of the user to provide
• The charging of an admission fee is not permitted without the express written consent of the Festival Foothills board of directors
• All other unlit fields are on a first-come-first served basis

COMMUNITY BASKETBALL COURT RULES

All basketball players must provide their own equipment. The following rules shall apply to the basketball courts:

• Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.
• Play periods shall not exceed one and one-half (1½) hours unless there are no players waiting for the courts.
• Children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision when using the courts.
